The Conference will promote and stimulate an exchange of ideas around reforming the practice and application of ADR – safeguarding the strengths of traditional dispute resolution methods while emphasising the practical shift from “alternative” DR to “appropriate” DR.

Regional Arbitral Forum (RAIF) 16th June 2011
In conjunction with IAMA’s National Conference, we are the proud hosts of the 5th Annual Conference of the Regional Arbitral Forum (RAIF). This is a one day event that will be conducted on June 16th at the Sydney Hilton Hotel examining Asia Pacific issues currently affecting Arbitration.
The meeting will have with representatives presenting from the Institute of Arbitrators & Mediators Australia (IAMA), Arbitration Association of Brunei Darussalam (AABD), Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators (HKIArb), BANI Arbitration Centre, Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators (MIArb), Philippine Institute of Arbitrators (PIArb), Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb).
